WHO WE ARE
We are the Women in Business Council and we connect, empower, and educate women so that they may become respected leaders in business and the community.
Our council is open to all majors at the University of South Carolina.
WHAT WE DO
Our organization aims to help students develop and practice professional skills that are beneficial to their future careers. We hold bi-weekly meetings that feature a range of guest speakers from different companies who provide insight into their field and offer advice to members. New members are invited to become a part of our WIBternship program, which is composed of a series of workshops, a group interview, and a case competition at the end of the semester. Outside of meetings, there are plenty of social/networking opportunities to engage in!

Ella Underwood
Vice President
Hi everyone! My name is Ella Underwood, and I am the Vice President this year! Previously in WIBC, I served as the COO and Director of Membership. I am a senior Accounting major with a minor in psychology and a concentration in data analytics. On campus, I am also involved in Beta Alpha Psi and Accounting Scholars. In my free time, I love to exercise, read, bake, and spend time with friends. I am so excited for this semester and feel free to reach out with any questions!​

Hi! My name is Montana Arp, and I am from Greenville, SC! I am currently a junior majoring in Advertising and minoring in Business Administration.
This is my first year at WIBC, and I am very excited to serve as the Chief Marketing Officer! Outside of WIBC, I am the Social Media Director of the Student Advertising Federation. But in my free time, I love to thrift, work out, and hang out with friends! So excited and can't wait for what is to come this semester!

Hi! My name is Brynley Wall and I’m from St. Louis, MO!! I’m a junior majoring in International Business and Marketing with a concentration in Sales Leadership and a minor in Spanish! I’ve been in WIB since the fall of my freshman year and I’m also the Co-Chair of the Conference Committee this year! On campus, I’m a member of Alpha Gamma Delta, Carolina Competitive Dance Club, and I’m in the Honors College! In my free time, I love to read, work out, and go on sweet treat runs! Hello! My name is Jenny and I am from the Chicago Suburbs! I am a junior with majors in Economics and Finance and minors in Law & Society/Hospitality & Tourism Management. This is my second year at WIBC, and I am looking forward to making more connections with new members. Outside of WIBC, I am a part of my sorority, Chi Omega, where I serve as the Alumni Relations Chair. I am also a part of the Order of Omega, and I work on campus as the Manager of Basketball for Campus Recreation. In my free time, I enjoy working out/playing sports, traveling, and going on walks with friends. I am so excited for another great semester!

Hi! My name is Sarah Grace Richardson. I am a junior in the Honors College majoring in International Business, Finance, and Real Estate with a minor in Spanish. This is my fourth semester in WIBC. My other involvements include VP of Events for Carolina Business Analytics, Social Chair for the Astronomy Club, Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity, and Speak to Lead.
