WHO WE ARE
We are the Women in Business Council and we connect, empower, and educate women so that they may become respected leaders in business and the community.
Our council is open to all majors at the University of South Carolina.
WHAT WE DO
Our organization aims to help students develop and practice professional skills that are beneficial to their future careers. We hold bi-weekly meetings that feature a range of guest speakers from different companies who provide insight into their field and offer advice to members. New members are invited to become a part of our WIBternship program, which is composed of a series of workshops, a group interview, and a case competition at the end of the semester. Outside of meetings, there are plenty of social/networking opportunities to engage in!

Sarah Grace Richardson
President & Chief Executive Officer
Hi! My name is Sarah Grace Richardson, and I am a senior in the Honors College at the University of South Carolina, studying International Business and Finance with a minor in Spanish. I am also part of USC’s accelerated Master of International Business (MIB) program. After graduation, I hope to attend law school and pursue a career that combines my interests in business, international affairs, and law. Outside of academics, I love thrifting, going to live music events, and reading. I am also a huge USC women’s basketball fan and love cheering on the Gamecocks! Francesca Zobrist
Vice President
Hi everyone! My name is Francesca Zobrist, and I'm excited to serve as Vice President this year! I’m a senior studying International Business and Finance with a minor in Spanish and a Business Analytics concentration. I'm also part of the Accelerated Master of International Business program and plan to graduate in May 2027. I joined WIBC my freshman year and have previously served as Chief Operations Officer, Director of Outreach, and a member of the WIBternship Committee. Outside of WIBC, I'm involved in IB Engage, work as a Career Peer Educator at the Career Center, and studied abroad in Madrid, Spain, last semester. For fun, I love to travel, read, bake, play games, and try new things! I'm so excited for this semester, and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Taylor Wolf
Hi! I'm a sophomore majoring in International Business, Accounting, and Finance, with a minor in Spanish. I joined WIBC my freshman year and previously served on the WIBternship and Outreach/Recruitment and Retention committees. Outside of WIBC, I am involved in Accounting Scholars, Beta Alpha Psi, and I also serve as the VP of Finance for my sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta. For fun, I enjoy playing on the Club Pickleball team, as well as running, listening to classical music, and trying new coffee shops around Columbia! Hi! My name is Shea Yeager, and I’m a junior from Washington, D.C. I’m double-majoring in Accounting and Management of Human Resources with a concentration in Data Analytics. I joined WIBC in my sophomore year and have loved every moment since! I am also involved with Beta Alpha Psi Honors Society and Tri Delta Sorority. Brynley Wall
Hi! My name is Brynley Wall and I am a senior from St. Louis, MO studying International Business and Marketing with a Spanish minor and Product Management concentration. I joined WIBC fall of my freshman year and I have also served as Co-Chair of the Conference Committee and Director of Media. Last semester, I studied abroad at Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia. Outside of WIBC, I am a part of Alpha Gamma Delta and Carolina Competitive Dance Club. Hi! My name is Alexis Knapp, I am from Cleveland Ohio, and am a senior Marketing student with a minor in Advertising/PR. I have been apart of WIBC for three years, previously serving as the Director of Alumni Relations, and absolutely love the organization! I also am apart of SCOPE, and Carolina Sales Institute here at USC. In my free time I love to workout, spend time with family and friends, and travel! I am so excited for another great semester!!

Hi! I'm a junior majoring in International Business and Finance. I am also minoring in Spanish. I have been a member of Women in Business since freshman year and was on the Mentorship Committee last fall before starting this position in the spring. Hello! My name is Jenny and I am from the Chicago Suburbs! I am a senior with majors in Economics and Finance and minors in Law & Society/Hospitality & Tourism Management. I am planning to pursue a career in law. This is my third year at WIBC, and I am looking forward to making more connections with new members. Outside of WIBC, I am a part of my sorority, Chi Omega, where I have served as the Alumni Relations Chair. I am also a part of the Order of Omega, and I work on campus as the Manager of Basketball for Campus Recreation. Hi everyone! My name is Brielle Kevitch, and I’m from Maine! I’m a junior double-majoring in Accounting and Finance with a concentration in Data Analytics. I’ve been involved with Women in Business since my freshman year, serving on both the Wibternship Committee and the Conference Committee before stepping into my role as this year’s Director of Conference. I’m excited to help create an event that connects students with inspiring professionals while fostering opportunities for growth and leadership. On campus, I’m also involved in Beta Alpha Psi.
